摘要 Toll样受体是近年来发现的跨膜信号传递受体,作为一种重要的模式识别受体(PRRs)在多种疾病中起着重要的作用。基因多态性影响机体对疾病的遗传易感性。TLR4作为跨膜受体与多种疾病有着密切的联系,越来越多数据表明,TLRs单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)与多种疾病遗传易感性相关,本文就TLR4 SNPs与多种疾病的遗传易感性之间相关性进行综述。 Objective: Toll like receptors(TLRs) were identified as transmembrane signal transduction proteins in recent years,and single nucleotide polymorphisms of TLR genes are associated with the inflammatory responses and susceptibility to many diseases.Most studies have indicated that single nucleotide polymorphisms of TLR4 has close correlations with the pathogenesis of many diseases.In this review,we summarized the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of TLR4 and several disease.
