摘要
棘球蚴病又称包虫病,是一种严重危害人体健康和畜牧业发展的人畜共患病。由于该病在临床表现上缺乏特异性,且多为隐性感染,同时病原体又不易检测,因此建立快速、准确的实验室诊断方法尤为重要。随着免疫学和分子生物学技术的迅猛发展,基因分析和基因工程技术有了革命性的突破。本文就近年来棘球蚴病实验室诊断技术的研究进展加以综述。
Echinococcosis also called hydatidosis that severely harms both human health and development of animal industry.It is a kind of parasitic zoonose.The infected hosts usually have no clinic symptom,and pathogen can not be easily detected,so a rapid and accurate diagnosis is required to initiate treatment.With the rapid development of immunology and molecular biology techniques,gene analysis and genetic engineering techniques have revolutionary break.Laboratory diagonistic techniques are reviewed in the paper.
