摘要 目的探讨老年患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)治疗的临床特点。方法回顾分析我院老年病房接受IABP治疗的患者的临床资料,分析病史、治疗情况、并发症及影响院内生存率的可能因素。结果 48例接受IABP治疗患者中,心原性休克25例(52.1%),再血管化成功23例(47.9%);并发出血8例(16.7%);合并肺部感染18例(37.5%),总死亡19例(39.6%)。成功再血管化治疗是死亡率的阴性预测因子。结论 IABP治疗安全有效,并发症发生率低,但合并肺部感染发生率较高。 Objective To describe the clinical features of intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP) application in elderly patients. Methods We performed a retrospective study of 48 consecutive elderly patients who received IABP therapy.Outcomes,complications and the risk factors of in-hospital mortality were analyzed. Results Twenty-five of the 48 patients were presented with cardiogenic shock and 23 patients were revascularized successfully.Major direct IABP-induced complications were bleeding(8 patients,16.7%) and pulmonary infection(18 patients,37.5%).Overall in-hospital mortality was 39.6%.Successful revascularization was the negative predictor of in-hospital mortality. Conclusions IABP is safe and effective but with high incidence of infection in elderly patients.
