摘要 动脉粥样硬化性疾病被定义为慢性炎症性疾病已经被普遍接受,其中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的渗出起着核心的作用。研究发现正常情况下LDL并没有免疫源性,但是一旦被氧化修饰成氧化型LDL(ox-LDL)就可被抗原递呈细胞识别并递呈抗原[1],特异性激活辅助性T细胞(Th1),
