近视与功能性视觉关系中值得关注的问题 被引量:7

Myopia and visual function: causality research and its arguments

摘要 视觉功能包含调节、辐辏、像质、视敏度等多种参数,近视的发生发展与视觉功能存在必然联系,相关研究层出不穷,大部分聚焦在它们与近视发生发展的因果关系,以期获取内在联系机制,对未来科学设计对近视发生发展的临床干预具有重要意义。现就该领域的进展进行分析,并针对功能性视觉中的调节、像质、周边屈光与近视发生发展的临床研究进行评述,提出研究中值得商榷的观点、临床研究设计中需要严谨监控的检测技术。 Accommodation, convergence, aberration, visual acuity and other related parameters can be used to describe visual function that is inevitably correlated with myopia onset and development. There are so many studies focused on the causality between myopia development and visual function in order to find some inherent mechanism of myopia that is important for clinical intervention. This article analyzes the up-to-date information in this field, reviews the clinical research and the arguments about myopia and accommodation, aberration and peripheral refraction of visual function. The author clarifies some controversial viewpoints and research limitations, and singles out some measurement techniques that need to be designed carefully.
