热毒宁注射液不良反应46例报告分析

Adverse Reaction to Redunin Injection:An Analysis of 46 Cases

目的:了解热毒宁注射液引起儿童药物不良反应(ADR)的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对重庆医科大学附属儿童医院2010年至2012年收集的46例热毒宁注射液ADR报告进行统计、分析。结果:46例热毒宁注射液ADR中,男32例(69.6%),女14例(30.4%);多为一般ADR(91.3%),新的ADR 4例(8.7%),无严重ADR。临床表现主要为药物性皮疹、过敏反应等皮肤及附件表现,及时处理均可恢复。结论:儿童静脉滴注热毒宁注射液时,最初30 min应严格控制滴速,加强监测,避免高浓度一次性静脉给药,尽量减少联合用药,以减少ADR的发生,提高用药的安全性。

Objective： To master the characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） in children by using Reduning injection in pediatrics and to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods： In Children＇ s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, from 2010 to 2012, 46 cases of Reduning injection adverse reactions were collected and analysis. Results： Male children accounted for the majority of all 46 cases of ADRs （32 cases, 69.6 % ）. All cases were general ADRs. The new ADRs were 4 cases （8.7%） ; and no serious cases of ADR happened. Clinical expressions were mainly drug rash allergic reactions; all were recovered by timely treatment. Conclusions： For reducing the ADRs and improving safe medication of Reduning injection for children patients, it is necessary to strictly control the intravenous infusion speed in the first 30 minutes, strengthen monitoring, avoid intravenous drip with high concentration and reduce injections combination of compatibility medicines.
