摘要
随着全球化的深入、国际贸易的推进,国内外专家学者从各个角度对FDI对东道国就业的影响进行了研究。本文将从FDI对东道国的就业数量、就业质量、就业结构及就业地区经济四个方面的影响来综述国内外专家学者对FDI对东道国就业的影响的研究成果,最后作出总结并提出展望。
With the development of globalization and international trade, domestic and foreign experts and scholars have studied from all directions the impact of FDI on the employment of the host country. By reviewing these studies in the areas of the number of employment, the quality of employment, the structure of employment and employment regional economy, this article summarizes the conclusions and presents trends in the future.
