摘要
本文从两国的核心价值观以及跨文化交际的角度来探讨中美商务风格中的差异,包括关系导向型文化和生意导向型文化对于商务活动中几个方面的影响:业务的建立、语言风格与超语言行为(对话轮换与对话穿插)、谈判与合同、称谓以及商务礼仪(宴请和送礼)等,并针对每种情况提出一些应对的方法。
