多潜能干细胞定向分化为胰腺β细胞的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 近几年利用多潜能干细胞体外诱导分化为胰岛β细胞的研究进展迅速。本文主要讨论近几年来维甲酸、骨形态发生蛋白、成纤维生长因子家族在多潜能干细胞分化为胰岛β细胞过程中的作用及其可能机制方面的研究进展,以及多潜能干细胞于体外诱导分化为胰岛β细胞的不同阶段其表面抗原CD14、CD49e、CD238、CD24、上皮细胞表面黏附分子阶段特异型胚胎抗原1和3的表达与分化的关系及组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂诱导小分子1和2、间变性淋巴瘤激酶的抑制物1和2在分化中的作用。 Efforts have been directed at the development of efficient protocols for the differentiation of pluripotent stem cells into pancreatic β-cells. This review focuses on the mechanism of RA, BMP, FGFs, IDE1, IDE2, ALK- i 1 and ALK1-2 during the process in which pluripotent stem cells differentiate to pancreatic β-cells and the relationship between the differentiation and the expression of the surface markers including CD14, CD49e, CD238, CD24, EpCAM, SSEA3 and SSEA1 in the different stage of this process.
