成就动机概念内涵:从心理动力观向认知观的嬗变

摘要 "成就动机"是一个不断丰富和发展的概念。成就动机概念提出后的几十年里,在抱负行为效价、能力信念与主观价值感等变量的理论研究的推动下,"成就动机"从一个单一的人格变量丰富发展成为一个多维度多层次的、复杂的认知变量,实现了从心理动力观向认知(社会认知)观的嬗变。认知观和社会认知观已然成为当前成就动机研究的主流取向。 Achievement motivation has been enriching was created till now, it has experienced a process of e and developing. From the time when the construct hanging from a single stable personality variable to multi-dimensional complex variable, and the connotation of the concept changes from "psychodynamic process" to "cognitive process" in which several cognitive variables combination", wherein such theories 'as ambitious behavior titer, attribution behavior valences, expectancy-value, etc. play important promotion roles. At present, cognitive approach will become the main approach in future research of achievement motivation; to apply and examine the cognitive theory model of the achievement motivation in future empirical study will be one important direction.
