2010年内蒙古自治区疾病预防控制机构检验能力现状分析

Analysis on the testing capacity of disease control and prevention agency in Inner Mogonlia Autonomous Region in 2010

目的了解内蒙古自治区疾病预防控制体系检验能力,查找不足,为疾控体系能力建设提供依据。方法应用专用调查表,对疾控体系三级疾病预防控制机构检验能力进行普查分析。结果按照国家省市县三级疾病预防控制机构检验能力标准,自治区级疾控机构检验能力拥有率为76.21%、盟市级37.49%、旗县区级35.27%,自治区级必须开展检验项目拥有率为85.27%、盟市级59.55%、旗县区级53.50%。结论全区疾控体系检验能力均不符合国家要求,自治区级与盟市级、县级疾控机构检验能力差距还比较大,需要进一步提高检验能力。

Objective To understand the testing capacity of disease control and prevention system in Inner Mog- onlia Autonomous Region, find out the shortcomings, and provide evidence for the capacity construction of dis- ease control system. Method Do general survey on the testing capacity of disease control and prevention agen- cy at three levels with a special questionnaire. Results According to national testing capacity standards for disease control and prevention agencies at provincial, municipal and county level, the owning rates of testing capacity at autonomous region, municipal and county level were 76. 21%. 37.49% and 35.27%, respective- ly. The owning rate of necessary testing programs at autonomous region, municipal and county levels were 85.27%, 59.55% and 53.50%, respectively. Conclusions The testing capacity of all disease control and prevention systems in Innor Mogonlia Autonomous Region didnt meet the national requirements. There was a big gap in testing capacity between autonomous region level and municipal ＆ county levels, so we needed to further improve the testing capacity.
