The implementation of excellent engineer＇s education training plan is considered as a new task in higher engineering education.This article discussed how to carry out excellent education from the angles of students＇ future development and teachers′ teaching work.To achieve the goal of excellence engineer education,we should continuously improve and perfect teaching ideas and methods to achieve an orderly excellence in education.
