摘要
新时期下教育环境在高校人才培养中的效应日益突显,本文从社会人文环境、学校内部环境和学生认知环境三个主要维度出发,研究环境系统对高校人才培养的意义,分析教育环境各维度对大学生成才影响的现状和特征,提出有效开发和整合环境资源到高校思想政治教育中的措施,以期构建环境效应对人才培养的长效机制。
In the new period,the environment effects in university personnel training are increasingly outstanding.This paper studies the significance of the environmental system on the university personnel training based on the environments of society,school and student cognitive.In addition,the paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of environmental resources for undergraduate education,and discusses the measures for the environmental development and optimization about ideological and political resources in colleges and universities,so as to construct long-term mechanism of environmental effects on personnel training.
