摘要
随着我国市场经济的深化发展以及产业结构的调整转换,劳动关系日益呈现出多元化、复杂化的特点,劳务派遣也作为一种重要的新型用工形式得到了迅速发展。本文通过介绍劳动关系与劳务关系的不同特征,列举劳务用工的典型实例,明确提出了处理劳务关系的注意事项,为妥善管理劳务人员,营造和谐稳定的企业氛围提供了理论实践依据。
With the deepening of China′s market economy and the adjustment of industrial structure,labor relations are becoming more and more diverse and complex,and the service has been developing rapidly as an important new form of employment.In order to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the proper management of service employees,and to create a harmonious and stable atmosphere for enterprises,this paper introduces the different characteristics of labor relations and service relations,citing a series of typical examples of service employment,so as to clarify the key concerns of handling service relations.
