电容层析成像法测量气固两相流固相浓度的仿真研究

摘要 文章介绍了利用数字仿真的方法研究电容层析成像系统检测气固两相流固相浓度问题,分析了重建图像灰度值与浓度值以及浓度值与归一化电容值之间的关系。实验结果表明:重建图像的灰度平均值、归一化电容平均值与浓度值之间表现出单调递增的复杂关系,这说明利用电容层析成像系统检测气固两相流的浓度问题技术上是可行的。 The paper introduced a simulation research method for measuring concentration of gas/solid two phases flow, which used an electrical capacitance tomography. The relationship between concentration of gas/solid two phases flow and average of gray values of re- constructed image and average of normalized capacitance was analyzed. The simulation resultants showed that the relationship was monotonically increasing and very complicated, and this suggested that the method was technically feasible.
