沙棘止咳含片的研制

The Development of Seabuckthorn Cough-relieving Buccal Tablet

在民间传统止咳偏方的基础上,以沙棘汁为主原料,辅以冬果梨汁、川贝母、薏苡仁浸提液,制作出沙棘止咳含片,探讨了生产工艺,用正交试验法调配出最佳口味;并且试验了沙棘止咳含片对小鼠氨水所致咳嗽的镇咳作用和小鼠祛痰作用测试,结果表明:沙棘止咳含片具有明显的止咳和祛痰作用。

On the basis of the traditional folk cough-relieving prescription, taking Qinghai seabuck- thorn as the main material, complementary with winter fruit pear juice, bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae as auxiliary material, makes seabuckthorn cough-relieving buccal tablet, discusses the production process, blend the best taste with the orthogonal experiment method; Therefore, we have tested the influence of seabuckthorn cough-relieving buccal tablet in stopping cough of mice caused by aqueous ammonia and eliminating phlegm. The results shows that seabuckthorn cough-relieving buccal tablet has obvious cough-relieving and eliminating phlegm effect.
