摘要 目的探讨单侧注射椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效和安全性。方法单侧注射椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折25例,男8例20个伤椎,女17例46个伤椎。年龄64~83岁。骨折部位T8~L3。结果 25例患者均手术顺利。术后19例疼痛缓解,6例疼痛明显减轻,有腰背部酸胀感,经对症治疗1周后缓解。结论单侧注射椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效可靠、安全,手术创伤较小,费用少。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of unilateral transpedicular vertebroplasty in the treatment of multi-segment osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods 25 patients with multi-segment osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures underwent unilateral transpedicular vertebroplasty,including 8 males with 20 compressed vertebrae and 19 females with 46 compressed vertebrae,aged 64-83 years.Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from T8 to L3were treated.Results Operations in all patients were completed smoothly.Relief of back pain was achieved on 19 patients.The pain in 6 patients were significantly alleviated,patients have the back aching pain and alleviated after 1 week treatment.Conclusion Unilateral transpedicular vertebroplasty in the treatment of multi-segment osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were effectively and safely,less trauma for the operation and less expenses.
