盐酸氨基葡萄糖片联合玻璃酸钠治疗退行性骨性膝关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets combined with sodium hyaluronate in treating degenerative knee osteoarthritis

目的观察盐酸氨基葡萄糖片联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节退行性骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效及安全性。方法 80例KOA患者,予盐酸氨基葡萄糖片口服6个月,玻璃酸钠膝关节内注射5次,每周1次。观察治疗前后的疗效及安全性。结果 80例KOA患者治疗前后疼痛及关节功能等指标都有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率达81.25%,关节功能多恢复至优、良。结论盐酸氨基葡萄糖片联合玻璃酸钠治疗KOA疗效确切,不良反应少,使用方便、安全。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets combined with sodium hyaluronate in treating degenerative knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods Eighty cases of patients with KOA were given glucosamine hydrochloride tablets orally for 6 months,and injected sodium hyaluronate intraarticularly once a week for 5 times,observed the efficacy and safety of the situation before and after the treatment.Results Indicators of pain and joint function in 80 patients before and after treatment had significantly improved and showed the statistical significance（P0.05）,the total effective rate of the treatment was 81.25%,and the joint function of the patients mostly recovered to excellent or good.Conclusion The treatment of glucosamine hydrochloride tablets combined with sodium hyaluronate on KOA has a conclusive efficacy with less adverse reaction.
