外周神经缺损修复中神经导管降解的超声检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声检查对检测神经导管在外周神经缺损修复中降解的应用价值。方法利用胶原蛋白和壳聚糖包被川芎嗪制备的缓释微球构建组织诱导性神经导管,分别在连接缺损神经7、30和90 d后,应用超声跟踪观察神经导管降解的情况。结果神经导管随着在大鼠体内滞留时间的延长,逐步被降解,达到了实验设计的目的。结论神经导管在外周神经缺损修复中具有重要作用。而超声对神经导管在外周神经缺损修复中降解的检测具有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasound in detecting nerve conduit degradation during the repairing of peripheral neurologic defect.Methods The tissues induction nerve conduit was fabricated by the collagen protein and chitosan microsphere that coated with ligustrazine.Ultrasound tracking were used to observe the degradation of the nerve conduit at 7,30 and 90 days respectively after connection.Results The scaffold materials were gradually degradated with the prolonging of the holding period of the nerve conduit in rats,to achieve the purpose of the experimental design.Conclusion The tissues induction nerve conduit plays an important role in repairing the defect of the peripheral nerve,whereas it had important value to evaluate the detection of degradation of the scaffold material.
