行业协会主导下的区域产学研合作模式创新——以义乌玩具协会为例

Industry Associations Innovation under the Auspices of the Regional Cooperative ——A Case of Yiwu Toy Association

中小企业是世界各国经济发展的重要支柱之一,但其往往因人力财力匮乏、研发基础薄弱等原因,存在创新能力不足、缺乏持续发展动力和市场竞争力等问题。产学研结合模式虽然为中小企业指出了一条"以创新促发展"的道路,但因为种种压力而难以取得较好的结合效果。义乌是一个中小企业,特别是小微企业集中的区域,在产学研合作模式方面进行了大胆创新,通过行业协会来搭建企业和学校、科研机构合作的桥梁,收到了很好的效果。

An important pillar of the economic development of all countries in the world, small and mediumsized enterprises are suffering from lack of ereativity, continued momentum and market competitiveness owing to lack of human and financial resources as well as R＆D infrastructure. Considered as a good way to promote development by innovation, the cooperation of production, study and research cannot bring about good results owing to different pressures. Yiwu, an area with many SMEs, especially small and micro enterprises, has tried the cooperative mode to bridge a gap between enterprises and schools, research institutions, producing fruitful results.
