摘要
现代饭店管理实务课程改革是以工作过程导向教学思想为指导,以岗位技能及标准、行业规范及标准的训练为主要内容,开展课程教学设计、实施方法的实践研究,转变教师观念,提升教师实施新课程的教学能力,以工作过程为导向实施专业教学,建成具有工学结合特色的课程体系。
Based on working process-oriented teaching idea, with post skill and standard, industry standard and training standard as its main content, the course reform of modem hotel management practice focuses on curriculum teaching design, implementing method and practice research, teachers' ideas, teachers' ability of implementing new curriculum and working process-oriented practice teaching, aiming to build up a curriculum system characterized by the combination of work and study.
