江苏南通教育文化剖析表明,地方教育文化是教育文化中最具个性特征的组成部分,地方教育群态、形态、生态是构成地方教育文化的三大要素,"教育之乡"是地方教育文化的典型范式,科学发展地方教育文化的目的是创建和而不同的地方教育,地方教育文化研究具有认识、理论和实践的价值。
