An Investigation into Shantou Private Enterprises' Relations with the Government and with the Families

近年来民营企业发展迅速,民营经济的比重不断增加。以汕头市189家民营企业为样本,对源自于传统文化的政府关系和家庭关系进行调研,探讨其区别,分析其对民营企业经营管理的影响作用及其变化,并提出相关政策建议。

As private enterprises have developed dramatically over the past years,there has been a constant increase in the share of the private economy.By sampling 189 private enterprises in Shantou,this paper conducts an investigation into their relations with the government and with families as part of traditional culture,identifies the differences between the two,analyzes the effect on the management of private enterprises and the change in the effect,and makes relevant suggestions in policy.
