麻赛尔与咖啡炭纤维功能强化的技术突破 被引量:2

摘要 通过分析麻赛尔与咖啡炭纤维功能上的共性及个性差异,从纤维配置、纺纱、面料的织造染整等方面综合设计、试验,开发出一种新型针织用混纺纱线。结果表明:14.5 tex(40S)的30%麻赛尔纤维+30%咖啡炭纤维+40%精梳棉纤维是最佳的纤维组合;该混纺纱线中麻赛尔与咖啡炭纤维升温保暖、抑菌除臭的共性优点得到强化,麻赛尔纤维透气性好、咖啡炭纤维吸附异味等个性功能得到提高,面料起毛起球的性能得到改善;用这种混纺纱开发的针织物升温发热效果明显、保暖性好,外观光洁、不易起毛起球,穿着吸湿透气、舒适健康,是一种新型的吸湿发热型针织面料。 According to analyzing the similarities and differences of function between Jutecell and coffee carbon fiber,this paper develops one new kind of blended knitting yarn through design of fiber arrangement,spinning,knitting,dyeing and finishing of fabric.The results show that the optimized composition of the blended yarn is 30% of 14.5 Tex(40S) Jutecell fiber,30% of coffee carbon fiber and 40% of the combed cotton fiber;the common advantages of warmth retention,anti-bacteria and deodorizing of both Jutecell and coffee carbon fiber are strengthened,the good permeability of Jutecell and adsorbability of coffee carbon fiber are improved,and the anti-pilling property of the fabric is also improved;the fabric knitted with this kind blended yarn bears excellent properties of heat emission,warmth retention,clean appearance,anti-pilling,moisture absorption,permeability and comfort,which can be regarded as one new type of moisture absorption and heat emission knitted fabric.
