新型军用针织内衣面料的开发与性能测试

摘要 介绍军用针织内衣的设计原则包括耐用性、功能综合性、适体性。采用吸湿排汗型抗菌锦纶纤维、麻+棉+黑色黏胶混纺纱、氨纶纤维,在机号为24针/25.4 mm的大圆机上编织汗布,开发新型军用针织内衣面料。经测试,该面料具有优异的物理机械性能,能够满足部队高强度、大运动量的特殊需求;面料还具有优异的吸湿快干性和良好的抗菌抑菌性,穿用过程中可以保持皮肤相对干爽,使服装具有更好的服用舒适性和卫生保健性;同时,色纺工艺赋予产品更好的色牢度,提高其耐用性,降低了面料成本。 This paper introduces the designing principles of military used underwear including service durability,comprehensive functions and fitting.Accordingly,this paper develops one kind of plain fabric on the large diameter circular weft knitting machine with a gauge of 24 needles per 25.4 mm by using the moisture absorbing,sweat transferring and anti-bacterial nylon fiber,ramie/cotton/black viscose blended yarn and polyurethane fiber.According to the testing results,the developed fabric bears excellent physical and mechanical properties,which can meet the military requirements of high intensive training and sports;the fabric also possesses good moisture absorption,fast dry property and anti-bacterial property,which guarantees the skin in a dry state,comfort and health care during wearing process.In addition,the color spinning technology ensures good fastness with a further reduction of cost and an increase of service durability.
