摘要
分析了多梳拉舍尔经编机的压纱工艺要求,并采用平面连杆凸轮组合机构实现压纱运动。根据压纱板在不同位置与主轴转角的对应关系,综合计算机构尺度并设计出了凸轮的轮廓线。经RSJ31/1/24型经编机实际运转效果表明,机构方案可行,设计的机构能满足压纱动作要求。
This paper analyzes the technological requirements of fall plate device of the multi-bar warp knitting machine,and realizes the yarn pressing by using the cam-link combination mechanism.According to the relationship between the different positions of fall plate and turning angles of the main shaft,this paper determines the size of the fall plate device and the cam contour line.The real running effect of the RSJ31/1/24 warp knitting machine shows that the design is feasible,which can meet the requirements of yarn pressing.
