摘要
目的探讨健康教育对精神分裂症患者家属焦虑和应对方式的影响,为临床护理干预提供理论基础。方法应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和简易应对方式问卷,对74例精神分裂症的家属进行量表问卷调查,进行健康教育后再进行第二次调查,将前后结果进行对比分析。结果精神分裂症家属焦虑水平与积极应对呈高度负相关,与消极应对呈高度正相关。进行健康教育后健康教育后家属SAS均分显著降低,积极应对维度均分显著提高,而消极应对维度均分显著降低。结论临床护理中对精神分裂症家属进行健康教育,可以缓解患者家属的焦虑程度,有利于家属向患者提供有效的家庭支持,促进患者康复。
Objective To study the effects of health education on the anxiety and the coping ways of family members of schizophrenia and to provide a theory basis for intervention of clinical care.Methods SAS and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire were used to evaluate the anxiety and the coping schizophrenia style in 74 family members of schizophrenia patients before and after health education.Results In the family members of patients,the anxiety was highly negative correlated with the active coping,and highly positive correlated with the passive coping.After health education,the average SAS scores were decreased,and the average active coping scores were increased,but the average passive coping scores were decreased.Conclusion Nurses should perform effective health education to the coping ways of family members of schizophrenia patients to reduce their anxiety,and should reinforce the health education to the family members of the patients and to conducive to family members to provide effective family support to patients,and to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
