单糖薄层层析实验的改进

Improvement of the thin layer chromatography of monosaccharide

单糖薄层层析是一个重要的生物化学实验,常规喷雾法显色得不到清晰的图谱。比较了几种单糖薄层层析显色方法,结果表明,将显色剂加入展层剂中,展层后烘干,能得到清晰的色谱斑点,且不同的单糖显示不同的颜色,无杂质干扰,重现性好。

The thin layer chromatography of monosaccharide was very important in biochemistry exper- iments, however, clear spot sometimes could not be observed using general spraying method. In this study, several monosaecharide TLC chromogenic methods were compared, the results showed that clear chromatographic spots could be got through adding color reagent into development reagent and drying after development. It had a good reproducible and not be interfered by the impurities, and different monosaceharides showed different color in this method.
