摘要
从分子设计的角度出发,利用丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、顺丁烯二酸酐三元单体共聚,制备了能固定生物大分子的pH敏感高分子材料,测得其溶解-沉淀的临界pH值为3.8。同时用傅里叶红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱对合成的共聚物的结构进行了表征。
From the angle of molecule design, a pH-sensitive linear polymer, which is applicable for the immobilization of biological macromolecules, was designed and synthesized with acrylic acid ( AA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and maleic anhydride (MA). The critical pH value for phase separation is determined and the chemical structures are eharecteristieed by FF IR and SEC.
