摘要
针对目前各高校科研平台开放实验室管理工作中普遍存在的专职管理人员编制不足的问题,提出了导师负责制下研究生协管实验室的管理新模式,阐述了该模式的具体操作方法、运行机制及应用效果。
In order to solve the problem of the lack of laboratory administrators who management the research platform open laboratories, a new management mode is proposed. It is laboratory management under graduate assistant managers with their instructor responsibility. And the operating methods, mechanism and effects of this mode are described.
