摘要
管理类跨专业综合实训对改变传统的理论严重脱离实践的教学方式,对满足管理人才特别是高层管理人才的实践技能需求,改善管理类学生就业水平具有极其重要的意义。管理类各专业间的交叉性、关联性和共同性,以及信息技术的发展和教育经费的增加为管理类跨专业综合实训的实施创造了有利条件。在探讨了综合实训体系的思路和原则的基础上,提出了综合实训体系框架,并给出了相应的实施模式和教学管理建议。
The comprehensive practical training for cross management specialties has the extremely vi- significance to change education mode of the traditional theory divorced from practice, to meet needs of the practice skill for the management personnel and especially senior management personnel, and to improve the employment level of students majoring in management. Cross, relevance and com- mon characteristics of management specialties, development of the information technology, and in-crease in funding for education have advantages of implementing the comprehensive practical training for cross management specialty. Based on the ideas and principles of the comprehensive training sys-tem, we propos its system framework, and provide appropriate implementation patterns and instruction-al management suggestions.
