大型仪器设备是高校进行教学实验、科研的基础和保障。随着高校仪器设备数量的不断增加,仪器设备的日常管理与维护是设备在使用过程中的客观需求,也是保证设备正常运行的必要手段。分析了四极杆气相色谱-质谱联用仪的日常管理与维护,特别是在检漏和离子源清洗过程的一些个人的心得与经验,进行交流。

Large instruments and equipments are the base and guarantee for teaching experiment and re-search in universities. With the number of instruments and equipment increasing in universities, the dai-ly management and maintenance of the instrument and equipment are the objective requirement in using process and it is also the necessary method to insure the normal running of the instrument and equip-ment. In this paper, some experiences about the management and maintenance of quadrupole gas chro-matogTaphy-mass spectrometry are described, such as how to leak hunting and how to clean EI source.
