摘要
通过对2号机转轮更换前后的运行工况及参数的分析比较,经优化设计和制造工艺后的A773b转轮解决了原2号机A296转轮的与厂房强振、裂纹严重及压力脉动超标问题,转轮各项性能指标均能满足电站要求。
The problems on the original A296 runner, such as strong resonance with powerhouse, serious crack and the pressure pulse movement exceeding standards, are solved by optimizing the design and manufacturing process of the runner based on comparisons and analyses of operating conditions and parameters before arid after replacing it with the optimized A773b runner. The results show that performances of the optimized runner can meet the requirements of the power station.
