摘要
员工创造力绩效是一种重要的员工绩效,是组织创新和成长的重要源泉,也是近年来管理学理论研究的重要问题。本文甄选了国外一流管理学期刊上的最新文献,对员工创造力绩效的概念、员工自身与员工创造力绩效、领导力与员工创造力绩效、组织设计与员工创造力绩效、外部因素与员工创造力绩效五个方面进行了综述,基于此,最后对这些相关研究进行了系统的总结,并做出了相应的展望。
Employee creative performance is one kind of important work performance, it is the vital source of organizational innovation and growth, and is a popular management research topic recently. Based on the selection of latest foreign literature in top journal, this paper overviews the concept of employee creative performance, employees themselves and employee creative performance, leadership and employee creative performance, organization design and employee creative performance, outside factors and employee performance, concludes all those reviews and prospects the research in future at last.
