摘要
和欧美发达资本主义国家一样,日本的劳动工资也体现了劳动力的价值或价格,但比较起来,日本的企业工资制度还有自己的特色,即工资本系的混合化,决定工资水平的自主化和科学化、工资发放形式的弹性化、国家对工资调控的间接化等等。研究日本企业工资制度的这些特征及其在工资管理方面的成功做法和经验,对建立我国社会主义企业工资管理体系有着重要的借鉴意义。
As in the developed countries in Europe and America Japan's labor payment to reflects the value or price of labor However, comparatively speaking, the labor payment System of Japanese businesses has its own unique characteristics, such as the mixture of payment systems, the independence and science in fixing payment level, the flexibility in payment issuing forms and the indirectness of the state in comtrolling lablr payment etc. To establish a successful socialist business labor payment management sysem in our country it is important to make a in-depth study of the characteristics and successful practices of Japan's business labor labor payment system.
