摘要
为了更好的探讨榉树种子贮藏技术,分别用不同的贮藏温度(3℃、10℃、常温)和贮藏时间的榉树种子作研究对象,分别检测了榉树种子的田间出苗率、超氧阴离子(O2-.)生成量、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及过氧化物酶(POD)活性,结果表明:冰箱中3℃贮藏的榉树种子具有最高的田间出苗率,超氧阴离子(O2-.)生成量、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量最低,且超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及过氧化物酶(POD)活性高,能及时迅速清除超氧阴离子(O2-.)、过氧化氢(H2O2)及其它自由基,避免了它们对种子的伤害,种子的活力得以保持在较高水平,具有较高的田间出苗率,因此冰箱中3℃是榉树种子比较好的贮藏温度。
In order to find better method for preserving seeds of Zelova schneideriana,the seeds of Zelova schneideriana presenved with different temperatures and different time,were used as test material.The germination rate in field,the content of O2-· and H2O2 and the time activites of SOD and CAT and POD of the seeds of Zelova schneideriana were evaluated.The results indicated that the seeds of Zelova schneideriana which were stored in refrigerator at 3 ℃ had the highest field seedling emergence rates,the activites of SOD and CAT and POD,and had the lowest contents of O2-· and H2O2;on other hand,the O2-· and H2O2 and other free radical can be eliminated quickly because of high activites of SOD and CAT and POD.So the injury to these seeds was decreased,and the vigor of the seeds of Zelova schneideriana was kept on a high level.
