生物醋液在油茶育苗中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 对生物醋液各营养元素含量进行了分析测定,并通过对油茶幼苗喷施不同浓度生物醋液,同时以叶面肥和清水为对照,研究生物醋液对油茶幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:生物醋液氮和磷元素含量较高,分别为3.12g/L和3.58 g/L,适宜作为油茶叶面肥;喷施生物醋液对油茶幼苗叶片、苗高、地径的生长有良好的促进作用,其中以浓度为50 mL/L生物醋液溶液效果最佳。因此,适宜浓度生物醋液能有效地促进油茶幼苗的生长,在油茶优质苗木培育生产中具有广阔的应用前景。 First of all,the contents of nutrient elements in the pyroligneous solution were determined.Then,through spraying different concentrations of pyroligneous solution in Camellia oleifera seedling,the effect of application of pyroligneous solution on Camellia oleifera seedling growth was studied,by taking foliar fertilizer and watering as the control.The results show that the contents of nutrient elements N and P(respectively,3.12 g?L-1 and 3.58 g?L-1) of pyroligneous solution were higher enough to use as foliar fertilizer;spraying pyroligneous solution is a good way in promoting the growth of the leaves,seedling height,ground diameter of Camellia oleifera seedling,the concentration of 50 mL/L of pyroligneous solution worked best among the three different concentrations.Therefore,the suitable concentration of pyroligneous solution can effectively promote the seedling growth of Camellia oleifera,pyroligneous solution has broad application prospects in the production of cultivation high quality seedlings of Camellia oleifera.
