有上腹部手术史患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床分析

Clinical analysis for the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy with the history of abdominal operation.

目的探讨有上腹部手术史患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的可行性、安全性及应用价值。方法回顾分析2008年1月至2011年12月32例有上腹部手术史患者行LC的临床资料,并探讨操作技巧。结果手术均成功完成,无中转开腹,患者均治愈。结论有上腹部手术史者行LC是安全可行的,术者和持镜者需密切配合,术者需要有较高的腹腔镜操作水平及经验。

Objective To explore the history of abdominal operation patients laparoscopic cholecystectomy the feasibility, security and application value. Methods Retrospective analysis in January 2008 to December 2011 32 cases have abdominal surgery patients were done on the history of the clinical data of LC, and discusses operation skills. Results The complete success, no patient was converted to open cholecystecystectony, patients were cured. Conclusions Abdominal operations on the line LC is safe and feasible, performer and the mirror players must cooperate closely,need to have higher performer laparoscopic operation level and experience.
