白油基钻井液在冀东浅海区域的应用 被引量:3

摘要 根据国内外使用白油基钻井液的成功经验,在冀东人工岛浅海区域三开井段使用白油基钻井液体系,以最大程度地满足密闭取心的需要,减少对油气层的伤害。该白油基钻井液的高温高压滤失量低,形成的滤饼质量好,拥有强抑制性,有利于井壁稳定,防止井径扩大,同时该体系具有较低的密度和良好的触变性,塑性黏度低,有利于提高钻井速度。现场应用结果表明,该钻井液具有高的低剪切速率黏度和良好的静、动态悬砂能力,能够很好地满足现场钻井要求。 Depend on the successful experience on the application of white oil-based drilling fluid domestically and abroad,the white oil-based drilling fluid applied in the third open well section of Jidong artificial island shallow water area, it can do great contri- bution for the seal core drilling technology, decreasing the damage for the formation, protecting the oil and gas formation. In the same time, the white oil-based drilling fluid own good property of low HTHP filtration loss, strong inhibition which can keep the borehole stability and prevent the hole enlargement. The field application demonstrates that the white oil-based drilling fluid owns high LSRV at low shear rate, own good capacity of suspending drill cuttings both at static and dynamic state, therefore it can best fulfill the horizontal well drilling requirements.
