摘要
为了研发适用于高温、高压及多轮次注汽油井防砂、封隔等复杂工况的新型封隔器,运用室内及现场试验的方法,研制了新型高温高压胶筒。优选了氟橡胶作为胶筒材料,并对现有氟橡胶配方及加工工艺等环节进行了优化研究,并在国家橡胶密封制品质量监督检验中心进行了检验,各项检验参数均达到设计要求。研制的新型高温高压氟橡胶胶筒,可实现油气井的防砂、封隔目的,能够满足多轮次吞吐需求。目前已广泛应用于稠油热采井多轮次蒸汽吞吐开采等胶筒密封领域。
In order to develop a new type of packer which is suitable to many complicated conditions like high temperature, and high pressure, sand-proof, sealing and isolation by several-round steam-injection wells, etc., a new type of high temperature and high pressure plastic tube is developed by means of indoor and field investigation. We choose fluorine rubber as material for plastic tube, and implemented the optimized study of the existing ingredient for fluorine rubber and the producing process technology, meanwhile we en- trusted the National Rubber Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center to make a test, which shows every inspection parameter meets the design requirement. The developed new type of fluorine rubber tube achieves the goal to anti-sand and sealing, it can fulfill the request of several-round steam huff and puff wells. So far it has been widely used in the field of rubber tube sealing for heavy oil thermal production well with several-round steam huff and puff drilling.
