摘要
采用新型绿色表面活性剂烷基糖苷与a-烯烃阴离子型表面活性剂组成的非/阴复配HDS型表面活性剂,对其与聚合物复配形成的二元体系(简称为HDS二元体系)的界面张力性能、黏度性能、稳定性和注入性等性能进行了实验评价,通过室内物理模拟实验对该HDS二元体系的驱油效果进行了系统研究。实验结果表明:该HDS单剂及HDS二元体系与不同厂原油的界面张力在较宽的活性剂浓度范围内能迅速达到10-3mN/m超低数量级;该体系黏度和界面张力的稳定性较好;该体系可以提高采收率15%以上。
In this paper, we take non / feminine compound HDS surfactant comprised of a new type of green surfactant alkyl poly glucoside and a- olefin ionic surfactant, evaluating experimentally the performances of the binary system formed from this surfactant and polymer composite ( abbreviated as HDS binary system hereafter ) , such as interfacial tension performance, vis- cosity, stability and injection performance. Moreover, we implement systematical research to the oil displacement effect of the HDS binary system by indoor physical simulation experiments. The experimental results and study show that interfacial tension of the HSD single dosage and the HDS binary system with the crude oil from different plants, in a wide range of surfactant con- centration, can reach rapidly 10.3 mN/m, an ultra low order; the viscosity and stability of interfacial tension are relative good; the system can improve the production rate more than 15 %.
