渤海油田井组注聚配注系统优化 被引量:6

Optimization of polymer injection allocation system for well group in Bohai Oilfield

摘要 渤海油田实施聚合物驱并取得良好效果,但井组注聚配注系统逐渐暴露出操作不便、聚合物分散效果差、熟化时间长、设备占用面积大等问题。对原有系统进行了优化,包括引入电动上料装置、优化水粉混合器、优化搅拌器、实施一泵多井泵注工艺等。通过在渤海油田的现场应用表明:优化后的配注系统操作更方便,熟化时间缩短到40 min即可注入,泵注系统占用面积比原来减小约13%,满足海上平台聚驱需求。 Polymer flooding was successfully operated in Bohai Oilfields, and it obtained approved effect.But the injection allocation system displayed several problems, such as inconvenient handling, poor disaggregating and long time maturation of polymer, large floor area etc..The system was optimized in the foUowing aspects: electric charging equipment was introduced, water powder mixer was optimized, agitator was optimized, the technology of multi-well injection with one pump is operated etc..The field application in Bohai Oilfields indicates that: the optimized system can be handled more conveniently, polymer solution can be injected after being dissolved 40 minute, and the floor area is reduced by 13%. The optimized system meets the field need.
