摘要
文章揭示人造金刚石中包裹体的形状、尺寸、组织特征,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)分析包裹体的成分及绝对含量。指明:近十年来我国人造金刚石中包裹体绝对含量下降了一个数量级,与国外高档金刚石包裹体的数量级相同。文章并相应测试了金刚石的热冲击指数(TTI)。综合表明:我国人造金刚石产量在稳居世界第一的同时,近年来品级有了质的飞跃。
This paper reveals the shape,size and organization characteristics of the inclusions in synthetic diamonds.The absolute content of the inclusions was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).It is specified that in China the absolute content of the synthetic diamond inclusion decreased by an order of magnitude in last decade,which is now in the same level as the foreign high-grade diamond inclusion.The thermal toughness index(TTI) of diamond was tested in the article also.Integrated indicated that the Chinese diamond production had situated at first in the world with a qualitative leap in grade.
