摘要
赛车车身气动造型设计是赛车技术走向更高水平的重要标志,本文按照FSC赛车设计规则,对赛车车身进行了概念设计和结构设计,并利用CFD技术建立了车身外流场分析模型,通过数值模拟方法对各种车身造型方案进行了对比优化分析,确定了车身空气动力学装置在不同比赛项目时的调教策略。结果表明最优设计方案符合气动原理,气动装置能够在不同比赛项目中达到不同的气动效果,提高了操纵稳定性。
The body aerodynamic design of the racing car is an important symbol of the racing technology to the higher level. According to the FSC car design rules, under the premise of the FSC car body concept design and structural design, the body flow field analysis model was established based on CFD technology. Through the numerical simulation method, the various model schemes were analyzed, and the setup strategy of the body aerodynamic device in different game projects was determined. The results show the optimum design scheme accords with the pneumatic principle, the pneumatic device can reach the aerodynamic effect in different events, and improves the operating stability of FSC car.
