基于基因集富集分析的犬膨大性心肌症关键基因通路筛选

摘要 犬膨大性心肌症(DCM)是以心室功能受损心房室都显著膨大为显著特征的犬常见疾病。尽管此病的发病率非常高,但该疾病的的遗传机制研究较少。本研究利用基因集富集分析(GSEA)的方法,针对NCBI的GEO数据库中的DCM的表达芯片数据进行分析,共发现与犬膨大性心肌症相关的显著上调的基因通路4个,显著上调的GO集合15个。这些显著的基因集合可作为犬膨大性心肌症相关的候选通路,为进一步进行犬膨大性心肌症的早期诊断,预防和个性化治疗奠定基础。 Canine Dilated Cardiomyopathy is a common disease characterized by progressive loss of myocardial systolic function and serious dilation of atrium and ventricle. Despite its relatively high prevalence, the molecular mechanisms of this disease are poorly understood. In this study, the DCM expression chip data in the NCBIrs GEO database were analyzed by gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA). A total of 4 gene pathways and the 15 significantly up-regulated GO were found. These significant gene sets can be used as candidate pathways of canine DCM, which established a basis for further early diagnosis, prevention and personalized treatment.
