摘要
利用远缘杂交结合系统选择方法,以早熟棉花新品系7155和陇1-1为母本,以白色海岛棉05-4(Gossypium barbadense L.)为父本配置杂交组合,从F1开始连续自交,杂交后代在自然病圃选择,可在其分离后代中选育出性状稳定的抗病早熟棉花新种质,新种质的抗病性、纤维长度及产量都得到进一步提高。
The selection method of distant hybridization based on system was used as hybridization patents which was bred by early maturing cotton new series 7155 and Long 1-1 as the female parent, and configure a hybrid combination of white Haidaomian 05-4 (Gossypium barbadense L.) as the male parent, from F1 to start continuous selfing, the filial generation was choiced in natural nursery, it can be bred cotton new germplasm of traits stable, resistant to disease and early-maturing from separated offspring which disease resistance, fiber length and yield have been further improved.
