摘要
高等职业教育课程模式改革的主要发展方向是课程项目化。项目化课程教学以"职业能力培养"为导向,要求教师必须具备课程项目开发、教学设计实施、协作创新、实践指导迁移、评价反思等教育教学能力。科学的教育引导、针对性的培训、密切的校企合作、完善的评价和激励机制是促进教师教学能力提高的有效途径。
The project-based curriculums are the major direction of the curriculum reform in the higher vocational education.The professional ability training as an orientation,project-based teaching requires teachers with abilities to develop projects,to design and to implement their teaching,and to cooperate and innovate in teaching,and to direct practicing,and to assess and to reflect their teaching.It has been proved that the scientific guidance,the focused training,the regular college-enterprise cooperation,and the perfect mechanism of evaluation and the inspiration are the effective ways to enhancing teachers′ teaching abilities.
