新时期地方高校教师队伍建设的实践与思考——以福建农林大学为例

The practice and thinking of teacher troop construction for Local university in new period——A case of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University

以福建农林大学为例,分析教师队伍建设的现状,指出:教师队伍总量不足、结构分布不尽合理、高层次人才数量匮乏等问题,并提出新时期地方高校教师队伍建设基本思路。

Local universities have played an irreplaceable role and function in serving the local economic and social development,but is restricted with the shortage of resources and other factors,and always disadvantaged on talent competition.Taking Fujian Agriculture And Forestry University as an example,analysised the present situation of teaching staff building,pointed out some problems that ＂teachers team gross inadequacy＂ ＂structure endless and reasonable＂ ＂high level talent scarcity＂,putted forward basic ideas of the team building of college teachers in new period.
