摘要
实行绩效管理是现代大学制度的必然要求。高职院校辅导员是学生管理的主体,对辅导员实行绩效考核,是人力资源管理的必然要求。论述了高职院校设置辅导员的必要性,分析了高职院校辅导员队伍现状,提出高职院校辅导员绩效考核的几点思考。
It is the inevitable requirement of modern university system to carry out performance management.Higher vocational school counselors act as the main body in supervising students.Therefore,it is natural to carry out performance appraisal among counselors in human resource management.
