高校人才培养模式从根本上决定着人才培养质量与就业质量,面对日益严峻的就业形势,分析传统人才培养模式存在的问题,从坚决贯彻教育理念、合理定位人才培养目标、科学优化人才培养过程及加强职业生涯规划与就业指导力度等方面探讨以就业为导向的高校人才培养模式创新建构。

University＇s talent training mode determines the quality of talent training and employment.Considering the increasingly severe employment situation,this paper analyzes problems in the traditional talent training mode,and explores the innovative construction of university talent training mode based on employment guidance from firmly implementing educational concept,positioning the aim of talent training reasonably,optimizing talent training process scientifically and strengthening career planning and employment guidance.
